Jocelyn has been dancing and performing since the age of three. Growing up in a performing family, she can’t remember a time when she wasn’t on stage. At just 10 years old, she began private vocal training and has since had the privilege of working with many renowned vocal coaches across the country. Her performance career includes appearances nationwide and on numerous cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line. Jocelyn was a featured singer and dancer in the Salt Lake City Olympics and had the honor of being a soloist for the Utah/Moscow Olympic Opening Ceremonies. She has also graced the stage in many musical theater productions throughout the Salt Lake Valley. For the last two decades, Jocelyn has taught voice and dance, where she helps her students not only develop technical skills but also grow as confident, expressive performers. Her passion for working with children led her to pursue a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Utah. She taught 5th grade for 5 years and loved every second of it. She loved incorporating music into her teaching and was often found singing and dancing with her students throughout the day. Jocelyn loves using her talents and abilities to help children discover their passions, learn new skills, and understand that they are valued and loved. She continues to share her love for the arts by music directing community productions and fostering creativity wherever she goes.
Most importantly, Jocelyn is a proud mom to three amazing kids: Suzy, Sophie, and Jack.
